What it is
An independent ledger and evaluation service for consequential decisions.
As decisions increasingly involve AI — recommending, coordinating, and acting alongside people — one question follows every consequential one: what was decided, by whom and what, under what authority, and did it happen as claimed?
Testari answers it as a neutral third party. It reads from the systems where decisions live, binds the participants, authority, execution, and outcome into a cryptographically tamper-evident record, and makes that record independently verifiable — for the institution that decided, and for the auditor, regulator, or insurer that must trust it.
Testari bears witness. It attests the record; it does not make the decision.
