For physical AI · autonomous systems
The independent record of autonomous action.
As physical AI acts in the world, someone independent has to attest what each system decided and did. Testari is the neutral black box that makes autonomous systems deployable, insurable, and certifiable.
The gap
The trust infrastructure hasn't kept up.
Autonomous and physical-AI systems — robots, industrial automation, mobility — are entering the world faster than the trust infrastructure around them. The instant a system makes a consequential decision or takes an action, four parties need to know exactly what it decided, under what policy, on what inputs, and what happened: the operator, the OEM/integrator, the insurer, and the regulator. None will accept a record the system grades itself — and today that independent record largely doesn't exist. It's becoming the gating constraint on deployment at scale.
What Testari provides
An independent, tamper-evident, hardware-rooted witness.
A neutral record of what autonomous systems decided and did — verifiable by any counterparty, without Testari running the autonomy or touching the models. Attestation is anchored in the silicon the AI runs on, so the record's integrity lives where the computation happens.
Deployable
A defensible record when a decision or action is questioned.
Insurable
Evidence a carrier can trust; the substrate for coverage.
Certifiable
A record a regulator or auditor will accept.
One record, four parties
Neutral across the ecosystem by design.
The operator ran it, the OEM built it, the insurer covers it, the regulator certifies it — and all four rely on one record precisely because none produced it and none can alter it. Testari is neutral across the ecosystem by design; that neutrality is the product.
Where Testari fits
The flight recorder plus the independent witness.
Testari attests the consequential decisions and actions the autonomy stack emits. It requires no model access and takes no control of the autonomy; it attests the record's provenance and integrity. For a platform, this removes the trust, liability, and insurability friction that slows customers and OEMs from shipping — an adoption unlock the platform gets without having to certify itself.
The bridge to insurance
Physical AI won't scale without coverage.
Carriers can't cover what they can't verify. Testari is the evidence that makes autonomous systems insurable — which means a Testari relationship isn't only a trust layer, it's a path to insurability that unblocks deployment.
How we engage
A technical evaluation.
Attest one class of autonomous decisions/actions in one real deployment, and prove the independent record is accepted by the counterparties that matter — an insurer and/or a regulator-facing stakeholder.
Proof & status
Testari's independent attestation already operates on live institutional decisions today — the core capability is real and running. Physical AI is where the need for it is largest. Early-stage; cryptographic and hardware detail shared under evaluation. No fabricated customers, logos, or certifications.
Boundary
Testari attests provenance and linkage — not causation, safety, or fault. It does not make the decision, run the system, or certify that a system was right or wrong. That independence is exactly what makes the record trustworthy to every party.
